Using these terms
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Delivery Policy, Returns and Refunds policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our products
We take care to show our products accurately in photos and descriptions. Products made from natural wood or stone, or handcrafted, may vary slightly in colour, grain and pattern, and screens may display colours differently. Sizes are approximate.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, by credit card or PayPal.
We try to keep our prices and stock information correct. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will tell you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order
When you place an order, we will email you to confirm that we have received it. This is not yet an acceptance of your order. A contract is formed between us when we dispatch your items and email you to tell you so. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it is out of stock, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our failure to follow these terms or by our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or carrier disruption. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Using the website
Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Do not try to interfere with it, copy it in bulk, or use it to send harmful material. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photos, text, logos and designs, belongs to UKASA LTD or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy or use the content commercially without our written permission.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site on the day you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your home country.
