Delivery Policy

We want your order to reach you safely and quickly. Here is how delivery works at SHOPUKASA.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days from the day you place your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. At busy times, such as Christmas or during sales, or in severe weather, delivery may take a little longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders over £20. For orders of £20 or less, delivery costs [DELIVERY CHARGE UNDER £20]. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom [CONFIRM: mainland only, or including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man]. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Tracking and your order

Once your order is on its way we will email you. Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be included. Please make sure your delivery address and email are correct when you order.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 8 working days, or arrives damaged, please email us at info@shopukasa.co.uk with your order number. For damaged items, a photo of the item and the packaging helps us sort it out quickly. We will put it right.

Missed deliveries

If the carrier cannot deliver your parcel, they will usually leave a card or try again. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Extra delivery charges may apply in that case.
